- 1 pound raw shrimp, peeled + deveined
- 1/4 cup olive oil
- juice + zest of 1 lemon
- juice + zest of 1 lime
- 2 cloves garlic, minced or grated
- 1 teaspoon smoked paprika
- 1/2 teaspoon chipotle chili powder
- 1/2 teaspoon cumin
- 1 teaspoon salt
Sauté sliced onions in butter until lightly browned.
Add tequila and brown sugar mix well allow to cook for 5-10 mins.
Place on sheet tray to cool for 20 mins.
