Trash Can Nachos


First Layer:


Second Layer:

  • 2 oz queso
  • 2 oz Pico de gallo
  • 1 oz pickled jalapenos, sliced (10 slices)
  • 4 oz choice of meat (ground beef, smoked chicken, or steak)
  • 1 oz sour cream
  • 1 oz guac (expo line)


Build the first layer on a medium plate (large plate for large size) in the order of ingredients from the top down.

Microwave for 2 minutes, then use a secondary plate on the bottom to remove (keep the plate on the bottom for serving).

Build the second layer on top of that, adding the choice of meat. Top with sour cream & guac at the expo line before serving.

For large size double all ingredients & use a large plate.
