Smoked Brisket Taco


  • 1 small flour tortilla (1.2 oz) (gluten free corn on request)
  • 2 oz smoked brisket
  • 1 tsp bourbon aioli (prep item)
  • 1 tsp guacamole (prep item)
  • 1 tbs black bean salsa
  • 1 tbs BBQ sauce


Add brisket and BBQ sauce together and microwave for 45 seconds.

Heat tortilla on flat top.

Place brisket into tortilla.

Drizzel bourbon aioli on top.

Add guac and black bean salsa.
