Refried Beans

Ingredients

  • 5 cans of pinto beans
  • 3 cans of black beans
  • 1 cup of oil
  • 1 teaspoon of cumin
  • 1 teaspoon of coriander
  • 2 extra-large jalapenos
  • ½ cup of mesquite
  • ½ cup of salt

Directions

Rinse and drain the black beans pour into 22 quart cambro.

Add the pinto beans- do not rinse or drain.

Add remaining ingredients and blend with mixing stick until smooth throughout.
