Ranchero Sauce

Ingredients

Part One:

  • 2 cans diced totatoes
  • 9 cans green chilies
  • 6 guajillo peppers
  • 6 pasilla peppers
  • 1 oz water

Part Two:

  • 9 onions
  • 4 tablespoons dried cumin
  • 4 tablespoons chili powder
  • 6 tablespoons sugar
  • 6 teaspoons oregano
  • 6 teaspoons thyme
  • 6 teaspoons black pepper
  • 20 garlic cloves, minced

Directions

Mix part one ingredients into a paste in the robo coupe.
Add the rest of the ingredients to the robo coupe and blend everything for 3 minutes.
