- 8 grilled and seeded poblanos
- 1 medium yellow onion
- 2 jalapenos
- 1 cup of Queso fresco
- ½ quart of heavy cream
- Salt and pepper to taste
Grill poblanos and remove the seeds from them allow them to cool.
Slice sauté the onion and jalapenos.
Add the heavy cream and allow it to thicken.
Add the Queso fresco stir it into the cream let cook for 10 mins on low heat.
Add salt and pepper to taste.
