Orange Chicken Sauce


  • 2 gallon orange juice no pulp
  • 2 cups brown sugar
  • 2 tablespoons of salt
  • 3 tablespoons of crushed red pepper
  • 1 tablespoon of cayenne pepper
  • 2 lemons
  • 1 1/2 cups corn starch


Bring Orange juice and all ingredients except cornstarch to a boil.

In a separate bowl add 1 cup warm water to cornstarch to create a slurry.

Add it slowly to boiling orange juice until it thickens.

Remove from heat and cool off.
