- 4 oz refried beans
- 2 oz ground beef
- 2 oz shredded cheddar and moteray jack cheese mix
- 2 oz queso dip
- 1 oz jalapeno ranch
- 2 oz pico de galo
- .5 oz jalapenos
- 1 oz sour cream
- 1 oz guacamole
- 8 oz yellow corn tortilla chips
Scoop beans in to skillet, followed by layers of ground beef, cheese, then queso, and Zig zag ranch over everything.
Place in microwave for 2 mins.
Sprinkle pico over mixture, top with 5-7 jalapenos.
Place yellow chips in a small tin lined with wax paper.
Top with guac and sour cream on the expo line.
