Jalapeno Tartar Sauce


  • 1 gallon mayo
  • 1 cups jalapeno, chopped
  • 1 cups capers, chopped
  • 2 cups dill pickle relish
  • 1 cup fresh lemon juice
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients (except salt and pepper) in a bowl.

Fold them into each other making sure to blend well.

Salt an pepper to taste, be careful not to over-salt as the relish contains a good amount of salt already.
