Impossible Burger (Vegan)
- 4 oz Impossible Burger (Frozen)
- 1 tsp Cajun Seasoning
- 2 oz Mushrooms
- 2 oz Vegan Mozzarella Cheese
- 2 Slices of Tomatoes
- 3 Slices Pickle Chips
- .5 oz Mixed Greens
- 1 Vegan Kaiser Bun
- 8 oz fries
Pour 1oz of oil on flat top and then place vegan patty on grill. Cook each side for 3 minutes each (Do not over cook or the burger will dry out).
In a saute pan add l oz of oil, two ounces of mushrooms, cajun seasoning, and cook for 2 minutes.
Once vegan patty is done add 2oz of vegan mozzarella cheese, squrit water underneath lid to melt the cheese.
Bottom bun, mixed greens, pickles chips, impossible burger, sauteed mushrooms, tomatoes.
