- 5 lbs ground pork
- 1/2 cup marinara sauce
- 3 teaspoons black pepper
- 5 teaspoons oregano
- 3 teaspoons thyme
- 2 teaspoons garlic powder
- 4 teaspoons crushed red pepper
- 1 teaspoon paprika
- 4 teaspoons salt
- 1 teaspoon onion powder
- 2 teaspoons cumin
Mix spices together in a small bowl.
Place pork in a large bowl, then add spices and mix by hand thoroughly.
Cook mixture over medium for 20 minutes until well brown and crumbly.
Add 1/2 cup marinara sauce and stir well.
