Grilled Veggies (Side)

Ingredients

  • 2 oz (2 pieces) Red bell pepper
  • 2 oz (2 pieces) Yellow squash
  • 2 oz (2 pieces) Zucchini
  • 1/2 of a Portabella mushroom, marinated (marinade in prep section)
  • 1/16 oz Salt
  • 1/16 oz Pepper
  • 1 oz Oil

Directions

Toss veggies in oil, salt and pepper.

Place veggies on Grill and cook until tender, but still firm.

Place marinated portabella on the grill and cook through.

Serve on a small plate.
