Grilled Veggies (Side)
- 2 oz (2 pieces) Red bell pepper
- 2 oz (2 pieces) Yellow squash
- 2 oz (2 pieces) Zucchini
- 1/2 of a Portabella mushroom, marinated (marinade in prep section)
- 1/16 oz Salt
- 1/16 oz Pepper
- 1 oz Oil
Toss veggies in oil, salt and pepper.
Place veggies on Grill and cook until tender, but still firm.
Place marinated portabella on the grill and cook through.
Serve on a small plate.
