Grilled Chicken


  • 20 pounds chicken breasts
  • 1 cup oil
  • ¼ cup garlic powder
  • ¼ cup salt
  • ¼ cup black pepper


Rinse chicken.

In a large bowl mix all ingredients together making sure chicken is evenly coated.

Grill chicken for five minutes on each side.

Place on sheet tray and put in oven for 10 mins at 400 degrees.

Chicken should be slightly under cooked, as it will be cooked fully when used.

Wrap and chill until needed.
