- 2 cloves garlic, minced
- 1/2 oz ginger, minced
- 1/2 oz lemongrass, minced
- 4 1/2 tablespoon chili paste
- 16 oz canola oil
- 1 egg white
- 1/4 cup rice wine vinegar
- 1 teaspoon ground cumin
- 2 tablespoons honey
- .25 oz salt
Mince garlic, ginger, and lemongrass. Saute.
Add to food processor until fine.
Add egg white and process until mixed.
Slowly add canola oil until mixture is thick and smooth.
Add & adjust flavor with salt, vinegar, honey, chili paste, and cumin.
