- 9 oz pre-made fried pickle chips
- 1 oz jalapeno ranch
Weigh 9 oz of pickle chips (don’t just open a bag and shake these into a fryer, must be measured out before).
Cook for 2 1/2 minutes in the fryer.
Plate on a red skillet with brown paper folded into a square.
Add side ramekin of jalapeno Ranch.
