Fried Crawfish


  • 2 cups DS flour mix
  • 2 cup yellow cornmeal
  • 4 Tablespoon of Creole Seasoning
  • 4 cup buttermilk
  • 6 Tablespoon of Valentine Hot Sauce.


In a bowl mix ds flour, cornmeal, and Creole seasoning. In another bowl whisk buttermilk eggs and hot sauce

Dip crawfish in mixture and let excess drip off. Cook Crawfish for 2.5- 3 minutes.
