Fried Chicken Taco (Catering)

Ingredients

  • 30 tortillas (36 oz)
  • 60 oz chicken tenders (sliced)
  • 22.5 oz lettuce
  • 22.5 oz diced tomatoes
  • 30 oz jalapeno ranch

Directions

  • Measure out all ingredients in to separate containers and pack neatly in a bag.
  • Include plastic ware and napkins.
  • Staple order to bag and double check everything.
  • Check order to see if they need food warmers.
