- 5 or 10 wings, depending on which size they order.
- 2 oz jalapeno ranch
- 2 oz their choice of sauce (see directions)

Drop wings into fryer for 10 minutes.
Toss in one one of the following (their choice); buffalo, xxx, bbq, chipotle razz or sweet & sour.
Plate in a red basket with wax paper.
Add a side of ranch in a ramekin.
WING NIGHT DIRECTIONS:
For wing night wings are batch steamed at 280 degrees for 8-10 minutes in the alto sham, then fried for 5-7 minutes.
They do not come with ranch unless requested on wing night.
