- 24 oz cranberries
- 2 cups unsweetened pineapple juice
- 1.5 cups brown sugar
- 1 cup rasins
- 1 cup apple cider vinegar
- 1 tsp red pepper flakes
- .5 tsp ground cloves
- 1 tsp salt
Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan.
Simmer over medium, stir occasionally until cranberries burst and collapse.
Transfer to a bowl and cool uncovered.
When cool refrigerate (covered) for at least 8 hours for flavor to develop.
