Coffee Rubbed Steak Tacos


  • 1 small flour tortilla (1.2 oz) (gluten free corn on request)
  • 2 oz coffee rubbed steak (prep item)
  • .75 oz tequila onions (prep item)
  • .5 oz oz spicy aioli (prep item)
  • .25 queso fresco


Cook steak to medium rare, unless requested otherwise.

Once at temp, remove from grill and slice in to bite sized pieces.

Place steak in to toasted tortilla and top with tequila onions, spicy aioli, and queso fresco.
