- 7 oz beef patty (pre made)
- 2 tsp of burger seasoning
- 1.5 oz Sliced bacon (2 strips)
- .75 oz tequila onions
- 1 oz Tomatoes, sliced
- 1 oz Lettuce, shredded
- Pretzel bun
- .5 oz (1 tbs) butter for bun
- .5 oz (1 tbs) butter for burger
- 8 oz fries
Place patty on the flat top with 1 tbs of butter, cook for 1 minute to create crust.
While cooking, coat both sides of the burger with burger seasoning. About 1 heaping teaspoon per side.
Grill patty to temp while turning to create grill marks.
Place bacon on the flat top to heat it up.
Butter top and bottom bun using roller and place them on the flat top.
Transfer slightly undercooked patty to flat top to melt cheese.
Cover patty with hood and squirt water under to melt cheese.
Place patty on toasted bottom bun, then bacon in an “x” shape.
Top with .75 oz tequila onions, serve open face with lettuce and two slices tomato.
Plate and serve with fries.
