Classic Breakfast


  • 4 oz (three eggs) cooked to order
  • 1.5 oz Bacon (2 pieces)
  • 2 oz Sausage (2 links)
  • 4 oz Toast
  • 4 oz Potatoes OR mixed fruit


Using the butter roller, butter the bread and toast it on the flattop.

Cook eggs to order, then place into the center of the plate.

Cut toast in half, then place on the sides of the eggs.

Place sausage and bacon on opposite sides of the plate from the eggs.

Place potatoes on the plate, or fruit in a bowl for the side.
