Chopped Salad

Ingredients

  • 5 cups chopped romaine
  • 4 oz diced tomatoes
  • 4 oz black bean salsa (prep item)
  • 1.5 oz bacon
  • 2 oz crumbled blue cheese
  • 1 diced egg
  • 2 oz cilantro vinaigrette
  • 4 oz chosen meat, blacken or smoked chicken

Directions

Toss everything except meat in a bowl.

Microwave chicken for 45 seconds.

Place mixture in a salad plate.

Neatly place chicken on top.
