Buffalo Wing Sauce


  • 1 gallon Frank’s Hot Sauce
  • 1 lbs unsalted butter
  • 1/2 cup balsamic vinegar
  • 4 teaspoons garlic powder
  • 4 teaspoons Worcestershire sauce
  • Salt and pepper to taste


Combine all ingredients in a sauce pan and simmer.

Store in cambro in the walk-in cooler.
