Bourbon Street Burger


  • 7 oz beef patty (pre made)
  • 1 oz Cajun Seasoning
  • .75 oz Monterey Jack
  • 1.5 oz Bacon
  • 1 oz Fried Onion Strings
  • .25 oz (3 slices) Fresh Jalapeno Peppers
  • 1 oz Mixed Greens
  • .5 oz Bourbon aioli
  • 1 Brioche Bun
  • .5 oz (1 tbs) butter for bun
  • .5 oz (1 tbs) butter for burger
  • 8 oz fries


Place patty on the flat top with 1 tbs of butter, cook for 1 minute to create crust.

While cooking, shake Cajun seasoning on to it.

Grill patty to temp while turning to create grill marks.

Transfer slightly undercooked patty to flat top to melt cheese.

Cover patty with hood and squirt water under to melt cheese.

Butter top and bottom bun using roller and place them on the flat top to toast.

Place on bottom bun; jalapenos, bacon, and fried onion strings.

Zig zag bourbon aioli on to the top bun and place mixed greens on to the bun.

Place patty on bottom bun, close burger and use a skewer to hold everything together.

Plate and serve with fries.
