Bourbon Chicken Tacos


  • 1 small flour tortilla (1.2 oz) (gluten free corn on request)
  • 2 oz grilled chicken breast, sliced
  • .5 oz Bourbon sauce
  • .75 oz onion strings
  • .25 oz scallions
  • .5 oz jalapeno ranch


Slice chicken breast in to ¼ inch thick pieces.

Saute chicken in a pan with water until fully cooked.

Add bourbon sauce to pan and toss chicken until fully covered and hot.

Place chicken in to toasted tortilla and top with fried onion, ranch and scallions.
