Bourbon Aioli


  • 1 cup jack daniels
  • 4 cups of BBQ sauce
  • 4 tsp of Cajun seasoning
  • 8 pc bacon
  • 6 cups mayo
  • 1 tbs salt
  • 1/2 tbs pepper


Cook bacon until crispy (discard bacon keep grease).

Add jack Daniels to grease and reduce down to half cup.

Add Cajun seasoning and BBQ sauce.

Let simmer for 15 mins remove from heat and let cool.

Add mayo, salt and pepper.
