Black Bean & Corn Salsa
- 1 can of black beans drained and rinsed (6 lb 12 oz can)
- 1 bag of frozen corn rinsed and thawed
- 2 red bell pepper
- 2 extra-large jalapeno
- 1 large red onion
- 1 tablespoon of minced garlic
- ½ cup of lime juice (1-2 limes)
- 4 tablespoons of olive oil
Dice the bell peppers, onion, jalapenos into ¼ in pieces.
Mix all ingredients together in large mixing bowl salt to taste.
