Barnyard Burger


  • 7 oz beef patty
  • 2 tsp of burger seasoning
  • 1 Fried Egg
  • 1.5 oz Bacon
  • .75 Provolone
  • 2 oz Pulled Pork
  • .5 oz BBQ Sauce
  • 1 oz green leaf Lettuce
  • 1 Brioche bun
  • .5 oz (1 tbs) butter for bun
  • .5 oz (1 tbs) butter for burger
  • 8 oz fries


Place patty on the flat top with 1 tbs of butter, cook for 1 minute to create crust.

While cooking, coat both sides of the burger with burger seasoning. About 1 heaping teaspoon per side.

Grill patty to temp while turning to create grill marks.

Place bacon on the flat top to heat it up.

Transfer slightly under cooked patty to flat top to melt cheese.

Cover patty with hood and squirt water under to melt cheese.

Butter top and bottom bun using roller and place them on the flat top to toast.

Place cooked patty with melted cheese on the toasted bun bottom, add bacon in a “x” shape, then pulled pork, then fried egg.

Zig zag BBQ sauce on the egg. Plate open faced with lettuce on the top bun.

Plate and serve with fries.
