Avocado Toast (Brunch)
- 3 oz Slice Rye Seeded Bread
- 4 oz Avocado Spread
- 2 oz Black Bean Corn Salsa (prep item)
- 2 over easy eggs
Toast Rye Bread on the flat grill. Cook each side of the bread for 3 minutes.
Add 4 oz of the avocado spread on the toasted bread and spread evenly.
Sprinkle 2 oz of black bean salsa on top.
Place two over easy eggs on top of the black bean salsa.
Server with 8oz of breakfast potatoes, or fruit, on a medium size white plate.
